Tarayzan is a friendly character encountered in Rayman Redemption. Rayman meets him in The Swamps of Forgetfulness, and receives from him a magic seed in return for giving him back his loincloth.

Trivia

• Tarayzan was meant to be a playable character in Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror, and a file showing his "work in progress" skin can be found internally. Tarayzan was seemingly the most advanced cut skin, as frames of his idle sprite were completed and remain in the game's internal files, unlike the other scrapped playable characters.
