Achievement (Rayman Redemption)

Achievements in Rayman Redemption are granted for completing in-game milestones or performing certain tasks of varying difficulty. Whenever a particular achievement is unlocked, a message indicating that is displayed at the top right corner of the game screen. Achievements are trackable under the Extras section of the in-game pause menu. They are numbered and divided into several categories. Some achievements are secret - the related task is not displayed until it is actually completed.

Using any of the game's cheat codes do not disable the achievements and many can be automatically obtained together as a result of using them. Earning all the achievements will grant the HD Rayman skin.

24	Respect the Sax	Defeat Mr Sax without damaging him at all during the chase section
25	Bad Tings	Complete Moskito's Nest without collecting any Tings	Shop bonuses must be disabled in the settings in case you bought the Ting Magnet.
26	Hard as a Rock	Complete Mr Stone's Peaks without taking any damage
27	High Tempo	Complete Allegro Presto in under 180 seconds
28	Fastest Kid in the Block	Complete the Playhouse in under 210 seconds
29	Magician's Apprentice	Complete the Cliffhanger in under 40 seconds
30	Magician Master	Complete all of Magician's bonus levels	Completing Dark Magician's Challenge, Boss Rush and True Boss Rush is not required for this achievement.
31	Reign of Terror	Complete Dark Magician's Challenge in under 150 seconds

34	Redemption	Get a 100% save file	The achievements are not required for 100% completion as their progression is saved in their own separate file. However, it is necessary to beat the secret levels and to buy the skins and the upgrades.
35	Trap Master	Complete The Final Challenge without taking any damage	Instant deaths from falling into water do not count as damage. This achievement cannot be obtained in Demise mode due to the rigged power-ups and the forbidden cheat codes.
36	Plum for Days	Complete the Breakout Minigame
37	Fight the Virus	Find a super secret location	Any of the Fight the Virus secrets will do. There's one in every main world.
38	Ultimate Completionist	Get all the achievements

Trivia

• Achievements are a tracked in a separate file from the game's saves, thus allowing the player to start a new game with all their previously earned achievements. This makes it possible to begin Rayman Redemption with the HD Rayman skin unlocked by default.
• Boss achievements can be obtained in different contexts such as the Boss Rush if the player attempts the challenge with a file missing such achievements.
• Due to Demise mode turning some power-ups into rigged counterparts causing damage and locking out the cheat codes, it is impossible to get through the final section of The Final Challenge without getting hurt and thus earning the Trap Master achievement. As a result, the HD Rayman skin cannot be obtained legitimately in this difficulty mode.
• The Cloak of Darkness achievement is a reference to one of the names often associated to Mr Dark's music theme in Rayman 1.
• The Battle for the Great Protoon achievement has the same name as Darker Mr Dark's music theme.
• The Impossible Jump achievement is a reference to the difficult jump to reach the same location in Allegro Presto from the PC version of Rayman 1 and its derivatives.
• The Reign of Terror achievement is a reference to Ryemanni's previous fan game: Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror. Dark Magician's Challenge has a whole is a tribute to Rayman Redemption's predecessor.
• The Redemption achievement is a reference to the game's title and has the same name as Rayman Redemption's main music theme.
• The Fight the Virus achievement and its related hidden messages are a reference to the same graffiti from Rayman 1's SNES prototype, which is also referenced in the game over screen of both Rayman Redemption and the original Rayman. Due to Rayman Redemption being released in 2020, many players mistakenly assumed this was a message related to the COVID-19 pandemic. A reference to the coronavirus in a Rayman game ended up actually happening one year later in Rayman Mini, through one of Mr Dark's inverted quotes.
