Fanon/Dark Kingdom
Dark Kingdom is the domain of the evil Mr Dark and Wendy Weather, and is the final world in most Benoraloha Rayman games. It is also the penultimate world in Rayman 4: Cloak Of Darkness.
Description
Arcane Forest
The Arcane Forest, not to be confused with a level of the same name, is a dark and mysterious forest surrounding the castle. It is supposed to be Arcane Forest from the GBC port of the original game. Many hazards appear here, like fire, lava, and darkroots. As in the enchanted forest from Medieval Mayhem, plums appear as platforms that can help to cross the lava. This theme is reused for Shady Contracts in Rayman Mini console edition.
Phantom Manor
The Phantom Manor theme, also known as Haunted Castle, is heavily inspired by the unused Drak's Nightmare world from Rayman Legends. It takes place inside of Mr Dark’s castle, with many painting hanging on the walls, some of which use assets from Rayman Legends. Many switches appear, some of which can reveal secrets behind the paintings. The most common enemies here are lividstones and ghosts.
Assets from this environment are also reused for Mad Monster Mansion in the DLC to Rayman Mini console edition.
