Shopkeepers are four generic friendly characters in Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror, selling various goods to Rayman in all of the game's shops, excluding the Magician's. They are of the same species as Rayman and all share the same appearance which is highly similar to the Musician's, although they each have unique dialogue and sell some different collectibles.

All of them sell lives for 50 coins and Simple Powers for 1 coin. The collectibles can only bought once and remain in the player's collection even after giving them out for character quests.
In Tropical Isle

The shopkeeper in Tropical Isle's shop sells the sunscreen collectible for 10 coins, which can be delivered to the Tourist in the same world's hub to earn 15 coins.
In Flying Mountains
Nice to see a customer in a place like this! They all stayed on the ground... A flying shop isn't the brightest idea, is it?
The shopkeeper in the Flying Mountains's shop sells the spacejunk collectible for 10 coins, which Rayman can bring to the friendly alien in Almost Space's hub for an extra life and 20 coins.
In Desert of Despair
Wow! How did you find my humble little shop? The desert is so vast and everyone gets lost. How may I be of assistance to you?
The shopkeeper in the Desert of Despair's shop sells the cool drink collectible for 30 coins, which will satisfy the Explorer found before the shop who will award Rayman an extra life and 25 coins.
In Freezy Freezer
Hello, hello, hello! Sit down and have something hot to drink! Everyone loves to come here to my warm hut.
The shopkeeper in the Freezy Freezer's shop sells the little flag collectible for 30 coins.
Trivia
- Their Simple Powers are only valuable when Rayman's health is extended to five points by a Big Power, as Rayman can resplenish his health for free by dying in a hub, which will respawn him with his three default health points and won't make him lose a life.
- There are no downsides to purchasing the sunscreen and the spacejunk collectibles as the rewards for satisfying the Tourist and friendly alien's requests offer more coins than the collectibles' price. The reward for the cool drink is only 5 coins less than its price, but the value of the extra life far outweights the original cost as Rayman must buy them for 50 coins. The little flag, however, has no other purpose than being one of the game's twenty collectibles required to unlock Mr Dark as a playable character, which can make it a purchase to best consider at the very end of the game.
