Professor Barranco is the main villain of Rayman Adventures console edition: Rabbids Invasion. He is a scientific rabbid, who is smarter than the other rabbids and is also their leader. His studies focus on thermodynamics and resistance of materials and bones, especially those of the skull.
His experiences frequently inflict injuries, involuntarily or otherwise. He is also very unlucky, as he is on occasion either being hurt by himself, by Rayman and co. or by other rabbids. He is seen with a black eye and bandages around the skull.

He is the main villain of this DLC, sending his armies up from the Bwaaaverns to invade the Glade.

Rabbid Infestation
He sends a smaller, cuter rabbid (possibly a young one) to break into the house, disguising him as a bunny rabbit in a “free bunny” box. When Rayman and Barbara find they take it back to the house, allowing the rabbid to call Barranco via walkie talkie, as he lets a ragtag gang of rabbids (with the main ones being Scribbles, Magician Rabbid, Serguei, and of course, Professor Barranco himself) into the house to throw a party, threatening the gang because the noise they make may lead Grub right to them.

Ready, Set, Go!
He and the other rabbids are reoccurring characters who often cause trouble for the gang. His daughter, Ingrid, later becomes friends with the main cast and joins their team.
in Rayman Multiverse
He is the presumed villain, although after defeating him, rabbids continue to invade the various universes.
in Rayman 4: Cloak Of Darkness
In Autumn Woods, he serves as the boss after capturing the heroes and forcing them to fight in the arena against various rabbids. After a while of fighting him, he is defeated by a group of rabbids led by Rabbid Peach.
