BWAAAAAAHHH!
—the rabbids’ trademark scream, various occurrences

Rabbids are rabbit-like creatures that appear in the Rayman universe, most of the time as antagonists. The name is a portmanteau of 'rabid' and 'rabbit', though in the games, they are often referred to as bunnies. They primarily appear in a spin-off series known as the Rabbids series. They seemed to have vanished from The Glade long ago, but return to The Glade as the main enemies of the DLC to the Rayman Adventures console edition under the rule of their leader, Professor Barranco.

While they don’t appear in the base game, they can be added as enemies via a cheat. If the cheat RABBIDS! or BWAAAAH! is typed into, the message “okay, here you go” pops up and they will appear as enemies in every level. This is supposed to be different from the cheats of the same name from Rayman Redemption, in which the message says “NO”.

The only rabbid that appears is Magician Rabbid who is one of the optional mini-bosses in the Magic Wheel.

in The Adventures Of Rayman

They are frequent threats to the gang in this cartoon show, being led by Professor Barranco, with the other main ones being Serguei, Magician Rabbid, and Scribbles. They reuse their models from Rabbids Invasion.

They are unlockable characters in this fighting game, having their unlockable stage being Center City from Rabbids Go Home. The primary assist is Magician Rabbid, and the secondary assist is Serguei. The final smash involves the opponents being blasted by a deadly laser coming from the Rabbids’ Ship, a reference to the final bosses in both the GBA version of Rayman Raving Rabbids and Rayman Adventures console edition: Rabbids Invasion.

trivia

If the cheat MINIONS! is typed into the cheat code screen, the rabbids will use the minions’ voice clips from the Despicable Me series.
