plot
The episode begins in the Palace Ruins area of Olympus Maximus, where Mr Dark and Ales Mansay are walking through the ruins until they get to a staircase that leads deep underground. They go down the stairs and into Hell, where Mr Dark confronts the Red Devil and makes a deal with him. He tells him that if he steals the Great Protoon, then he will award him with Rayman’s soul. Red Devil agrees, and flies up into the surface world, where he makes his way to the Heart Of The World.
Meanwhile, at the house, the group is picking fruits while Jason is taking fiddle lessons. After a little while, they get news from Murfy that the Great Protoon has been stolen. At first, Rayman thinks that Mr Dark did it, but then Murfy tells him that it was a mob of demons. Everyone rushes to the Heart Of The World, where they chase the Red Devil, who is escaping with the Great Protoon. They chase him until they get to Olympus Maximus.
They lose Red Devil after a brief chase up Mount Olympus, so they begin looking for him. During the search, Globox finds numerous statues resembling him, making him wonder about his ancestry. He then finds out that his brethren once fought against the Red Devil in the Battle Of Olympus and won, making him want to find them so they can help the gang recover the Great Protoon.

trivia
-The Musician cameos as Jason’s music instructor.
-The arena created by the Red Devil is similar to the Roman Colosseum, but is also an homage to the arena from the Cuphead Show episode The Devil And Ms Chalice.
-The Red Devil being kicked into a pit of fire is a reference to the Silly Symphonies cartoon Hell’s Bells.
-At one point, Jason challenges the Red Devil to a fiddle-playing contest over the Great Protoon. This is actually a reference to The Devil Went Down To Georgia, a song by The Charlie Daniels Band about the Devil’s failure to steal a young man’s soul through a fiddle-playing contest. The same song was referenced in Red Devil’s boss fight in Rayman Adventures console edition, in which he plays a fiddle and unleashes wrong notes at the player as one of his attacks.
-Some elements of the aforementioned fiddle contest are inspired by the Angry Birds Toons episode Epic-Sax-Off.
