Multi Minion
Multi Minion is a reoccuring opponent and the tenth boss faced in Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror. It is a spheric Magic Minion-like entity created by the Dark Magician, with an eye similar to the Magic walls encountered in the game's hubs, and capable to split into smaller versions. It is fought at the end of the Freezy Freezer, and subsequently in the second level of the Dark Stronghold.

In Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror
Multi Trouble
Multi Minion makes its first appearance in the final part of Multi Trouble, where Rayman fights it immediately. It slowly floats to the arena's surfaces to bounce on them in order to damage Rayman on contact. Rayman must quickly punch the creature as many times as possible, which makes it lose chunks of itself and one point from its health bar per hit.
After five successful hits, Multi Minion divides itself into two smaller clones, bouncing much faster. Each of those copies have three health points each, and both split into two smaller and even faster eyeless copies upon their defeats. Each of the four final spheres have two health points and drop a coin when destroyed, for a total of four coins upon defeating Multi Minion instead of the usual five.

While it can be the briefest boss fight in the game, Multi Minion is also one of the most difficult to survive without taking any damage, making the Big Power in the right corner very useful. As such, it may be advisable to carefully manage the clones' numbers, in order to not be overwhelmed by their speed and quantity.
Once the final orb is destroyed, Multi Minion automatically loses the final point on its health bar, thus counting the final hit as two points of damage, meaning it requires nineteen hits to dispose entirely of the dark magic monster. As usual, Rayman can return to challenge Multi Minion again, with the possibility of skipping the battle by pressing the Enter key.
Deep Paths
Like Savage Minion, Multi Minion is battled again in the Dark Stronghold, although it's ambiguous if it's meant to be the same Multi Minion encountered in the Freezy Freezer or another specimen created by the Dark Magician. It is fought in the final part of Deep Paths, behaving exactly as before and having an arena with the same shape and Big Power.

Trivia
- Unlike Savage Minion's second encounter which reused the same music, Multi Minion doesn't have its dedicated theme in Deep Paths, instead using the Red Alarm track. Its return also isn't hinted at in the name of its Dark Stronghold level, unlike Savage Returns.
- Multi Minion's attack method of bouncing on surfaces appears to have been repurposed into the spheric form phase of Mr Dark in Rayman Redemption, as he displays nearly the exact same behavior, minus the splitting into clones replaced by his magic shields.
