Fanon/Mr Dark’s Song

Mr Dark’s Song is the first song from the cartoon series The Adventures Of Rayman apart from the theme song, playing in the episode Chocolate And Coronavirus. It introduces Mr Dark after he captures the heroes, as he sings about his campaign to plunge the Glade into darkness. Another verse was added in the middle of the song for the soundtrack version.

-The song shares similarities to Oogie Boogie’s Song from the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Devil’s Song from The Cuphead Show!, and several Phantom songs from the Mario + Rabbids series.

-The lyric “This dreaming world is doomed” is a reference to one of his quotes from the MAD cartoon Everybody Loves Rayman.

-This is the first song in the series to be written.
