Fanon/Whimsical Woods

Whimsical Woods is the 2nd level of Medieval Mayhem and is also a part of the tutorial. It has Vern the incrediball teach you the ways of the seeker class of Incrediballs as they rescue another incrediball, Scrub.

Area 1

In this woodland area, Rayman and Barbara are collecting lums while Vern teaches them about how he can find hidden secrets. During the level, they alternate between the enchanted forest and the dark dungeon. After finding their 3rd secret, Vern tells them that he’s going to rest now, since seekers like him can only find 3 secrets per area.

Area 2

The two come to a stone circle where they can swap through different incrediballs and feed them for so they can be used throughout the level. They then run through the woods saving teensies from lividstones.

Area 3

The trio crush attack through the ground and find a dungeon where they find a bunch of trapped teensies. After saving the teensies, they find the bronze egg holding Scrub within.

After saving the egg, a cutscene plays where the team climbs out of the dungeon and meets a man known as The Captain who agrees to help them go across the many lands to rescue the many incrediballs.

Back At Adventure Map

Upon putting the egg into the incubator, Vern says that he can’t wait to find out who’s inside it, and suggests that they pay 10 gems to skip the incubation time, thus hatching an incrediball named Scrub.

Trivia

-The music in parts 1 and 2 is a remix of First Steps from the original game.
