Rayman AFG is a 3D platformer taking place after Rayman 1 and having only limbless characters, similar in many ways to Rayman 2 The Great Escape. It features some classic characters and enemies, such as Bzzit, Livingstones or piranhas.

There have been no news of the game's development since 2017, when lucky3 announced being unsure of continuing the game's development[1], the project being either cancelled or on hold.

Plot

Mr Dark has been defeated, but someone or something is using Mr Dark's laboratory to play with his magic things, resulting in the respawn of previously defeated evil creatures.

Gameplay

Rayman AFG is a 3D platformer akin to Rayman 2 The Great Escape, featuring similar gameplay elements.

Levels

  • Dream Forest: A complete level, including a game play tutorial with Bzzit being the tutor, and various enemies to beat.
  • Water Lilies Run: A short, Speed Run level. Rayman must reach the exit sign within the given time. Unlocked when reaching 100% completion on the first level.

Rayman AFG also contains a bonus sandbox level, initially used for internal game development and debug purposes. Unlocked when achieving 100% completion on the first level.
