Wendy Weather is the true villain of the Rayman series in Benoraloha media. She is one of Betilla’s sisters, but later became the queen of the nightmares (including Mr Dark), unbeknownst to everyone.

She sits on her throne turning her back to the audience in order to prevent people from knowing her true identity, and her throne room is just upstairs from Mr Dark’s throne room.

She appears as an NPC in the Mr Dark’s Tower stage, where she is sitting on her throne and will periodically flick her fingers and cause a fireball to strike a random area on the battlefield. Anyone who happens to be hit by the fireball will take a lot of damage and be sent flying.
