The Shopkeeper is a friendly character encountered in Rayman Redemption. Rayman can visit his shop in Band Land after completing Bongo Hills, and purchase various temporary or permanent power-ups and upgrades, including skins for Rayman and the Photographer's checkpoints.

Lives, power-ups, skins? You want it? It's yours, my friend. As long as you have enough Tings.

The Shopkeeper is very similar in appearance to the Photographer, with the same clothes, satchel and hair. Instead of a camera, he holds a scroll, presumably an inventory list. It is not clear whether they are actually the same character.

Trivia

His scroll is an unused sprite from an early PlayStation demo of the original Rayman.
His line is a reference to Morshu from Link: The Faces of Evil, a minor character acting as a shopkeeper who gained significant popularity in YouTube Poops and as a meme, greeting Link with an extremely similar quote.
