A whoopee cushion.

Whoopee cushions are comedic items introduced in the 1.2.2 update of Rayman ReDesigner as an April Fools joke[1]. They can be placed from the items tab of the editor, and can be linked to events such as gendoors, but cannot be flipped.

When Rayman touches one, it will appear squashed and produce a farting sound effect. Players can stack multiple whoopee cushions on the same spot to greatly increase the strenght of the sound.

A Rabbid cushion.

Additionally, Rabbid cushions, a Rabbid-themed variation of whoopee cushions, can be spawned in the editor along seven other easter eggs by pressing the Home key to open a command prompt and by typing "rdmrt" into it, the initials of Rayman: The Dark Magician's Reign of Terror. It behaves exactly like the original object, except producing the Rabbids' trademark scream instead of the fart sound.

Like the other secret objects, Rabbid cushions can't be found in the editor's interface, but the easter egg can be easily repeated by simply pressing the Home key again, which will only last for the current game session.
