Wendy Weather is the true villain of the Rayman series in Benoraloha media. She is one of Betilla’s sisters, but later became the queen of the nightmares, unbeknownst to everyone.

She appears as an NPC in the Mr Dark’s Tower stage, where she is sitting on her throne and will periodically flick her fingers and cause a fireball to strike a random area on the battlefield. Anyone who happens to be hit by the fireball will take a lot of damage and be sent flying.
