Fanon/Deep Dive

Deep Dive is the 4th level of Sea of Serendipity in Rayman Adventures console edition. It features the characters swimming down from the surface of the ocean to the underwater base, as the water gets darker and darker. It uses elements from both Swimming With Stars and The Mysterious Inflatable Island.

Area 1

The level starts on one of the islands, where Rayman and co. jump into the water and swim downward. The singing of the fish can be heard again, just like in Coast To Coast. This area focuses on lum collecting.

Area 2

The singing of the fish fades, and more sinister music plays. The water starts out brightly lit, but seems to get darker. Jellyfish and anemones are also found here.

Area 4

It is completely dark here, so the heroes will need to rely on the bioluminescent krill to make it through the dark waters. This area primarily focuses on exploration.

Area 5

They come to a spy station under the seas, where it is light enough for them to see, but dark enough for tentacle claws to live, so krill is also needed here. This area focuses on combat.

Area 6

The sinister music abruptly stops, and everything is silent. After a little bit of swimming, a rumble is heard, and a giant blue eel emerge from the rocks to chase the heroes down. They are thrown into a chase segment where they are chased by the eel through the water. After a while of this, a tentacle grabs the eel and pulls it away, leaving the adventurers wondering what that tentacle was. They swim into the hanger and free the crystal egg inside. This egg hatches into Rain the fig.
