One day, {{fanon|Inspector Grub}} is getting ready to go see a musical in Picture City. Meanwhile, {{fanon|Rayman}} is playing ~~soccer~~ with his friends. After a little bit, the ball flies out of bounds. {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} goes to get it, when he sees {{fanon|Space Mama}} take it. He goes back to tell everyone, and they all follow {{fanon|Space Mama}}. They eventually end up in Picture City where they enter a theater, where their ball is one of the props backstage. When they try to get their ball back, {{fanon|Space Mama}} tells them that they can get their ball back if they participate in the play. {{fanon|Globox}} and the {{fanon|teensies}} are more than willing to do so. {{fanon|~~Rayman~~}}, {{fanon|~~Barbara~~}}, and {{fanon|Murfy}} are a bit skeptical, but still agree to participate in the show.

That night, the audience flocks into the theater, and reveals that {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}} is one of the audience members, and that this was the show he was going to see. Apparently, a live band will be providing the music, and the conductor is {{fanon|Mr Sax}}. The scene cuts offstage, where {{fanon|Space Mama}} gives {{fanon|Rayman}} and his friends their list of cues to come on stage, but they have to improvise to do the rest.
