On Halloween night, {{fanon|Rayman}} is waiting for his friends at the fall festival at the Dead Door (the door to the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}}). He decides to get a head start, walking through, though he is warned that he is in for a scare. When his friends finally arrive, they see him walk into the door and follow him, ready to use their costumes to scare him. Just after they enter, however, {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} appears out from behind a tombstone with a {{fanon|grannies|granny}} and a {{fanon|ghosts|ghost}}. The former tells them that they finally have 6 people to frighten, and they get excited, even saying “This is gonna be fun.”
On Halloween night, the gang is at the {{fanon|Rayman’s House|house}} and are getting ready for the big night. {{fanon|Murfy}} and {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} are carving {{fanon|plums}} and turning them into jack-o-plums as decorations for the house, as {{fanon|Murfy}} plans on staying there to pass out candy. {{fanon|Goth Teensy|Jack}} tells his friends that he has to watch the door to the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}}, so he’ll be back once his shift is over. Everyone else is putting their costumes on for trick-or-treating, when {{fanon|Rayman}} is confronted by {{fanon|Raymesis}}, who challenges him to a contest to see who can get more candy. {{fanon|Rayman}} accepts, and he then leaves with {{fanon|Globox}}, {{fanon|Barbara}}, and {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} to go trick-or-treat.


As a bunch of the friends’ plans fail to frighten {{fanon|Rayman}}, he says that he doesn’t believe in ghosts. However, as the team prepares for their next attempt, they decide to split up. As they are trying to execute their plan, the livid dead play spooky pranks on {{fanon|Rayman}}, unbeknownst to him, thinking that his pals are doing it, but this time he actually feels fear. After seeing {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} and the rest of the livid dead, he frantically runs for his life. Meanwhile, other {{fanon|grannies}} and {{fanon|ghosts}} are playing jokes on {{fanon|Globox}} and everyone else, causing them to also feel fear. When everyone meets back up again, including {{fanon|Rayman}}, they all tell each other that they saw ghosts, as {{fanon|Rayman}} points in front of him where {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} and the {{fanon|grannies|granny}} and {{fanon|ghosts|ghost}} from before are, who chase them through the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}}.
Meanwhile, {{fanon|Mr Dark}} is walking through a forest, planning on using {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}’s sweet tooth and scary nature to ruin Halloween, when he gets to a hillside. At the hillside is the door to the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}}. Upon arrival, he finds {{fanon|Mister Death}} and {{fanon|Goth Teensy|Jack}}, who are guarding the door. He decides to distract them by throwing a rock at {{fanon|Mister Death}}, who thinks {{fanon|Goth Teensy|Jack}} did it. The two then start fighting, allowing {{fanon|Mr Dark}} to open the door, and after walking through the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}} for a while, he is jump-scared by {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}, who lunges out and yells “BOO!” This frightens {{fanon|Ales Mansay}}, but only startles {{fanon|Mr Dark}}, who takes the inhabitants to the Dead Door, unleashing them into the living world, as {{fanon|Mister Death}} and {{fanon|Goth Teensy|Jack}} are still fighting.
 
Back in the {{fanon|Teensy Village}}, {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} decides to participate in a plum-bobbing contest while {{fanon|Rayman}} is trick-or-treating with {{fanon|Globox}} and {{fanon|Barbara}}. Unbeknownst to them, they are being followed by {{fanon|Inspector Grub}}. As he is following them, he is jump-scared by {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} and leaps into a tree in fright. The rest of the dead proceed to scare everyone in the village and steal their candy, including {{fanon|Rayman}} and his friends. After a brief chase, they run into a mansion, where they close and lock the door before {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} can come in after them. After a few seconds, the undead begin to surround the house, so {{fanon|Rayman}} tells his friends that they are to stay in the house until the Livid Dead leave.
 
Back at the house, {{fanon|Murfy}} notices that there are no trick-or-treaters coming to the house. He is about to give up, when he hears knocking at the door. He opens it, and finds 2 zombie {{fanon|rabbids}} (as seen in {{rw|Rayman Raving Rabbids Tv Party}} and {{rw|Rayman Adventures}}), which he thinks are just normal trick-or-treaters, so he gives them each a piece of candy. However, the two zombie {{fanon|rabbids}} get upset since they didn’t get all the candy, so they knock again, to which {{fanon|Murfy}} tells them that he already gave them thir candy, and that they should move on to the next house. This makes the {{fanon|rabbids}} rip off their own heads, frightening {{fanon|Murfy}} into the closet.
 
Back at the manor, the 3 friends play cards, watch TV, and roast marshmallows over the fireplace while they wait. As they are eating s’mores, the fire goes out, and the lights flicker. There is an eerie silence in the room as a breeze blows through the window. Then, {{fanon|Inspector Grub}}, who has also somehow managed to enter the mansion, appears and shines a flashlight at the heroes, but the flashlight abruptly turns off. {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}} is then whacked by a table, allowing the gang to escape up the stairs. As {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}} tries to follow them, the stairs fall down, leaving him on the ground floor. He turns around and sees 5 ghosts, then screams in terror as one of them possesses him.
 
Meanwhile, {{fanon|Rayman}}, {{fanon|Globox}}, and {{fanon|Barbara}} are chased by {{fanon|A Haunted Swing|singing}} {{fanon|ghosts}} lead by a now-possessed {{fanon|Inspector Grub}}, who opens the door and allows {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} to enter with the rest of the dead. At the end of their song, {{fanon|Rayman}} gets separated from {{fanon|Globox}} and {{fanon|Barbara}} after falling down a trapdoor and into the basement, where he finds {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} and the other residents of the village, who are also hiding from {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}. Not long after that, several {{fanon|grannies}} and {{fanon|ghosts}} appear and trap everyone in paintings, ending with {{fanon|Rayman}} getting trapped in one of them by {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}.
 
Meanwhile, back in the halls, {{fanon|Globox}} and {{fanon|Barbara}} are hiding in the closet. They sneak out and start looking for {{fanon|Rayman}}. As they are sneaking around, they see {{fanon|Rayman}}, who is trapped in a painting guarded by {{fanon|grannies}}. {{fanon|Barbara}} attacks the {{fanon|grannies}}, causing them to chase/fight her down the halls. {{fanon|Globox}} then finds a vacuum cleaner and uses it to suck up the painting that {{fanon|Rayman}} is in, leaving just the frame, and then hitting the eject button to free {{fanon|Rayman}}. The two hug each other, and then proceed to free everyone else.
 
As soon as everyone is free, {{fanon|Rayman}} asks where {{fanon|Barbara}} is, with {{fanon|Globox}} telling him that she is fighting {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}’s {{fanon|grannies}}. Before anyone can do anything, a group of {{fanon|ghosts}} appear before them, but {{fanon|Globox}} uses his vacuum to suck them all up. They then get attacked by more {{fanon|ghosts}}, which {{fanon|Globox}} sucks up as well. However, after a while, it runs out of battery, which causes the remaining {{fanon|ghosts}} to chase after everyone into the main room, where they notice that {{fanon|Barbara}} is trapped in a painting, and {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} is about to eat all the candy he stole from the trick-or-treaters.
 
One of the {{fanon|ghosts}} possesses {{fanon|Globox}}’s vacuum and chases him around with it, leaving just {{fanon|Rayman}} surrounded by all the undead creatures. He punches {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} when he is about to eat one of the candies, who summons a bunch of {{fanon|ghosts}} with paintings to trap {{fanon|Rayman}} in. As {{fanon|Rayman}} is evading the paintings, {{fanon|Globox}} is still being chased by the vacuum, when he gets an idea; he lures the vacuum to {{fanon|Barbara}}’s painting, which frees her, but also releases all the ghosts trapped in the vacuum.
 
As all of the Livid Dead is surrounding the trio, {{fanon|Barbara}} gives {{fanon|Rayman}} a vortex combat fatigue she found while fighting off some {{fanon|zombie chickens}}. {{fanon|Rayman}} uses it to create a tornado so big that it sends {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}}, {{fanon|Inspector Grub}}, and all the other undead creatures flying away in it. In the process, it also flings the candy into the sky as it rains down on the {{fanon|Teensy Village|village}}, where everyone collects and eats it. Meanwhile, the 2 zombie {{fanon|rabbids}} are still trying to get {{fanon|Murfy}}’s candy, but then get caught in the twister as the {{fanon|Rayman}}, {{fanon|Globox}}, {{fanon|Barbara}}, and {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} arrive.
 
{{fanon|Raymesis}} comes along, not very thankful for being freed from his painting, and he and {{fanon|Rayman}} count their candy, they learn that they are tied, when an extra one falls into {{fanon|Raymesis}}’ bag. {{fanon|Raymesis}} mocks {{fanon|Rayman}} and his friends and walks away. {{fanon|Rayman}} doesn’t care, however, just happy to have had a fun time with his friends. As the trio is eating their candy with {{fanon|Green Teensy|Chuck}} and {{fanon|Murfy}}, {{fanon|Rayman}} tells them that this was the best Halloween ever, and he hopes {{fanon|Teensula|next year}} will be even better.
 
Meanwhile, the tornado takes the Livid Dead back to the {{fanon|Land of the Livid Dead}}, as the door closes behind them, and {{fanon|Mister Death}} and {{fanon|Goth Teensy|Jack}} are still arguing. After {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} falls out of the twister, he realizes that he lost all his candy, as he sighs and hangs his head in disappointment. But then, he sees {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}}, who lands near some carnivorous flowers, as the {{fanon|ghosts|ghost}} who possessed him flies away. {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}} wakes up, not knowing what happened, but then looks around and laughs in relief, happy to be safe and that he still has his candy. All of a sudden, {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} appears in front of him with his minions and shouts “BOO!”, scaring {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}}, as all the undead chases him around.
 
At the end of the credits, {{fanon|Inspector Grub|Grub}} can be heard saying “MY CANDY! NOOOO!” implying that {{fanon|Ray of the Dead}} ate his candy.
 
A post-credits scene then plays, in which {{fanon|Raymesis}}, who is eating his candy, finds out that 1 of his “candies” is actually a rock. He shrugs it off, claiming that he is “still tied” as he eats another, only to find out that it’s also a rock, thus implying that he lost the competition. He vows his revenge as the screen cuts to black.
