Eat at Joe's is the second level of the Caves of Skops, the fifth world in Rayman Redemption. It consists of six parts. The first part is a short introduction where Joe the extra-terrestrial asks Rayman to go into the caves and restore the power to his diner. He gives Rayman a Firefly to light up the dark. The Firefly helps Rayman in the second and fourth parts of the level, which are too dark to see otherwise. In part four, Rayman reconnects Joe's plug to the socket, which restores power, and immediately has to battle Spider Master, the guardian of the caves. After returning to Joe's diner in the sixth and final part,  Rayman discovers he can cross the water on beach balls blown up by Joe.

Two easter eggs can be found in this level:
* The first is Globox, which was implemented in version 1.1.3 and can be found in the third part. He's reached by successfully jumping through many invisible bouncy tiles found in the area later used for the fifth part. A picture of Globox with a short text saying "I LIVE" can be found at the place the exit sign would be located.

Rayman will find himself in another dark area, being a straight path to the exit sign. Right before that sign, Michel Ancel's head will be found and will immediately charge in Rayman's direction, completely going through him with the same crunchy sound effect as a Breaking Nougat, as if he attempted to eat him.

* The Globox easter egg as a whole and mainly the text saying he lives is a nod to the "Removed Globox" changelog notes in every version of Rayman Redemption since update 1.1.2, which themselves are a reference to the "Removed Herobrine" patch notes in many changelog entries for Minecraft.
