* The original premise for ''Rayman Unlimbited'' involved [[Rayman]] visiting {{rw|Earth}}, only to get stranded later on. He becomes an escaped circus fugitive, and a target to Area 51. The narrative was too complicated to work with, and Jesse had trouble figuring out ways to build relationships between [[Rayman]] and the main human cast. "It ended up looking like a bad ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_X Sonic X]'' clone", Jesse quotes.
* ''Rayman Unlimbited'' also was originally supposed to be a plain audio drama, but Jesse decided to add sprites with illustrated scenery, so that the series had more life to it. Also, because the audio dramas he did in the past did not receive well.
